We are delighted to have been able to devote a large amount of our energy in 2020 to our customers so as to be able to offer them new improved services. This difficult year has however allowed us to improve our positioning as a company, among other resources, by means of new alliances such as the Smart Destinations Network (Red de Destinos Inteligentes, RDI) of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RDI is an initiative which was launched by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism in 2018 with the aim of helping Spanish tourist destinations to become smart destinations and of encouraging collaboration between institutions and companies of the sector in the development of products, services, and actions. In this manner the RDI wishes to contribute towards guaranteeing Spain’s leadership in smart tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In June we took part in the Plenary Commission of the RDI at which His Majesty the King and the Minister Reyes Maroto welcomed us and the joining the network of Netboss Comunicaciones was approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Netboss’ technology is also at the service of smart, sustainable, and safe tourism with our solutions of appointments and field service management, Kairos365SCH and Kairos365FSM. Our technology is an instrument to ensure cities continue to be safe and attractive environments for tourism in these times of Covid-19 and during the new normality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the context of the Covid-19 crisis, the State Company for the Management of Innovation and Tourist Technologies (Sociedad Mercantil Estatal para la Gesti\u00f3n de la Innovaci\u00f3n y las Tecnolog\u00edas Tur\u00edsticas, SEGITTUR) has published a series of webinars and tutorials with the aim of putting forward solutions which may help to counteract the effects of this crisis.
