The Banco Santander administers its corporate medical centre with Kairos365SCH<\/strong>.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Digitalising the corporate medical centre of one of the largest financial institutions and Spain’s biggest employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Banco Santander<\/a><\/strong>, which is known commercially as Santander, is a Spanish bank with its headquarters in Santander. It is one of the largest and most important financial institutions in the world and its main markets are Spain, the United Kingdom, Portugal, and Poland in Europe; and Brazil, Mexico, the United States, Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile in America. The bank was founded on 15th May 1857 in the Spanish city of Santander and its main office has been there ever since. Its operational headquarters are located at its central offices of the Santander Group City in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Improving the process of the citation of the employees of the Bank with the Medical Centre in a central office with over 23,000 employees.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Strategy and solution:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Kairos365SCH<\/strong> administers all appointments with the corporate health centre of all the employees of the Financial City and Torcuato Luca de Tena central offices. The service has been operating successfully since 2014.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

The transformation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Kairos365SCH<\/strong> has given the Banco Santander a complete scheduling system which allows it to have available in a consolidated manner all the information on the appointments planned and administered with the Corporate Medical Centre by the employees of the central offices of the Financial City and Torcuato Luca de Tena. Moreover, Kairos365SCH<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Allows the employees of the Banco de Santander at the two central offices indicated to locate and view the availability of the healthcare professionals of the Corporative Medical Centre in real time and to immediately make an appointment with them; at any time and from anywhere.<\/li>
  • Allows the healthcare professionals of the Medical Centre to manage their agenda from anywhere, at any time, and from multiple devices.<\/li>
  • Makes available to the Banco de Santander a fully personalised platform in keeping with its brand image, in the cloud, and integrated with the main systems of the Bank.<\/li>
  • Provides a full module of reports on the appointments, their distribution on the agenda, and their situation so as to also improve the user experience of the professionals of the Medical Centre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
