Our certificates

ISO 9001 is an international standard for Quality Management Systems (Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, SGC) published by the International Organisation for Standardisation. This regulation is based on a series of principles which focus above all on management by processes of any organisation, the satisfaction of the end customer, the follow-up of external suppliers, and continuous improvement.

This regulation of Environmental Management Systems (Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental, SGA) guarantees our responsibility for and commitment to the protection of the environment. Standard ISO 14001 helps us to manage and identify the environmental risks which may arise internally in our organisation while we carry out our activities.

This regulation specifies the requirements of products and services for Customer Contact Centers or CCC such as ours. By means of requirements and recommendations it describes the relationship between the customers who contract our services with our organisation and with the end customer.

The objective of the regulation is the overall efficient management of our services to cover a series of key processes which range from the management of levels of service, the producing of reports, and the budgets and accountability of the same to the management of suppliers, incidents, the management of changes, and the management of delivery, among others, giving particular emphasis to the efficient management of the technological resources which support these services.

The regulation identifies the essentials of a Continuity Management System for business, establishing the process, the principles, and the terminology of business continuity management. This regulation gives us a framework which ensures that we can continue to work under the most difficult and unexpected circumstances, always protecting our employees, maintaining our reputation, and providing the capacity of continuing to work and to market our products and services.

UNE EN ISO 26000:2021 guides organizations towards sustainable development, promoting ethics and transparency. It is based on seven principles, such as responsibility and equity, covering topics from governance to human rights. Applicable to any organization, regardless of size or industry, its implementation, with senior management commitment and employee participation, offers benefits such as improved reputation and efficiency, risk reduction and strengthened relationships. Tailoring it to specific needs is key to success.

This regulation allows us to ensure the confidentiality and the integrity of the data and the information and also that of the systems processing them. It also allows our organisation to assess the risk and the application of the controls necessary for mitigating or removing them.

ISO 45001, the international standard for occupational safety and health (OSH) management systems, establishes requirements to create safe working environments. Implementing this standard not only meets international benchmarks, but also consolidates our tangible commitment to the safety and health of our workers.

R+D+i Management Systems allow companies and organizations to systematically improve their R+D+i activities, without pigeonholing them into fixed rules that limit the imagination and emotional intelligence of researchers, providing useful guidelines for organizing and effectively manage this type of activity.

Within the context of the Spanish Electronic Administration, the objective of the National Security Scheme (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad, ENS) is to establish the security policy in the use of electronic resources and consists of the basic principles and minimum requirements which allow the suitable protection of the information. We have obtained this certificate by passing the audit of an independent body authorised by the National Cryptological Centre.

Since 2023, Netboss Comunicaciones has been committed to the United Nations Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.
