Completing phase I of the Mosaic Agro Data 4.0 project

Netboss Communications is finalizing the first phase of this project in collaboration with other companies, technology clusters and research centers, innovating in the agricultural sector with a solution that integrates and manages all processes, equipment and operations that intervene in the life cycle of an agricultural product: MOSAIC AGRODATA 4.0.

We are completing phase I of this exciting project we embarked on a few months ago, together with the Ontech Innovation Granada Cluster, Soincon, Siali Technologies and the Centro de Investigación Citican, with the challenge of conceiving and designing a solution that will integrate and manage all the processes, equipment and operations involved in any agrarian operation (MOSAIC AGRODATA 4.0).

The challenge has been great, and we have faced the inherent difficulties of the agricultural sector, such as understanding its particularities and processes, or those intrinsic to the development of any new and complex software, such as the conception of the modules that have to integrate the solution and their integration so that they work as a whole, or meeting deadlines.

Thanks to the team at Netboss Communications and the other members of the consortium, it was possible to meet the initial commitment for this phase I on time, and in the development and evolution of the project, we have realized that there is still a long way to go, with functionalities that are worth finetuning and extending the project with new ones.

The first phase of the project has been very interesting, and we are increasingly convinced of its future applicability in the agri-food sector.

We will continue to advance in successive phases in order to provide the agricultural sector with a useful and innovative solution.

This initiative is financed by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism as part of the support program for AEIs to contribute to improving the competitiveness of Spanish industry, and with the support of the European Union through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
