Ibersys has 20 years of experience in the prevention of occupational hazards and has a presence all over Spain. It is a leading company in the providing of global services of health and safety at work and has over 36,000 customers.

The challenge:

Ibersys is a company specialising in the prevention of occupational hazards which provides medical examination services for companies. In order to be competitive and provide its customers with an improved service which will make them stand out from the competition, it needed to reorientate its citation process by introducing a management tool to optimise all existing resources at the organisation and allow better management of the end-to-end process.

Strategy and solution:

After redesigning the processes of the whole operation we implemented Kairos365SCH so as to allow Ibersys to consolidate the citation process for all its Spanish clients, control its follow-up and compliance with granular visibility, and intervene flexibly if changes are needed. With Kairos365SCH Ibersys offers its customers a web front-end which allows them to choose their appointment slots in a proactive and preferential manner; or to allocate them appointment time bands.
