The client:

Sura Seguros in Colombia provides health, life, mobility, and home insurance for both private individuals and companies. Sura Seguros is a subsidiary of the South American Investment Group – SURA Group, an investment agent which among others provides financial services and includes companies in the sectors of banking, insurance, pensions, savings, and asset management with a presence in 11 Latin American countries. Seguros Sura has over 10 million customers in Colombia.

The challenge:

Improving the user experience of those it insures by allowing the citation process with the services and professionals of various companies of the Sura Group to be formalised at any time and from anywhere.

Strategy and solution:

Kairos365SCH administers the whole of the end-to-end citation process of the customers of Sura Seguros with both professionals of its own and associates: from flexible and proactive appointments for clients by means of agendas for doctors to a system of confirmations and reminders, and also a report system so that doctors can best administer their invoicing with the insurance company.
